Awakening (or really any game) did not need a second banner in the same Book, especially when Phila is one of their best ideas of a character worth adding into FEH. But the thing that irritates me the most is Reamed F!Robin.The best IVs for Haar are +Atk and -Res. A +Atk IV maximizes the damage he deals with his double-hit weapons. As mainly an offensive unit, increasing damage is a no-brainer so you should take this IV whenever possible.
